African Tabernacle Evangelism

 

African Missions Project (AMP) is a Non-profit Organization dedicated to building Christian churches and other humanitarian projects in the continent of Africa. AMP partners with Kenta Assembly of God (KAG) to advance the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and build His kingdom throughout Africa. One of the ways this goal is accomplished is by sending mission teams to Africa to build Tabernacle churches. Tabernacle churches are free-standing, steel structures supporting a tin roof. Local believers can then embellish the structure with walls, windows, doors, facades, etc. as they wish. For a relatively small investment of $6,000, a basic church structure can be erected and put to use. Tabernacle technology offers a totally flexible form of church construction for current needs and future growth. The components are simple: concrete footings, steel trusses, corrugated roofing, a few screws, and an ample dose of elbow grease. Depending on site preparation and concrete footings being in place, a tabernacle structure can usually be erected in two to four days. AMP's goal is to build 100 Tabernacles within Kenay.  Won’t you come and partner with us to help “Change the Face of Africa“.

 

AMP has taken on Tabernacle construction projects for the Kenyan Assemblies of God church. We are looking to raise funds and teams to build churches for these congregation. The good news most of these churches have their own land. The bad news is they don't have the funds to pay for the raw materials for their building.  For a low cost of $6,000 we can erect the church in two days on their property. They will immediately hold open air evangelism services and the norm is the congregation will double in size from one Sunday to the next.
