Lori Gerhard

I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. I serve as the assistant missions director for the African Missions Project. I attend Weatherly Faith Church, where I am the treasurer and secretary of the board.

My passion is to use my gifts to help spread the gospel of Jesus Christ in my community and in Africa. I’ve been on three mission trips to Kenya, and it’s been a life-transforming experience. My hope is to help others experience this as well. I am passionate about serving the children, HIV widows, and the beautiful people of Kenya and investing in their lives.

Being a part of opening the MCF/African Missions Project Street Children’s Rescue Home and being involved in transforming the precious lives of Kenya’s street children is a true blessing and one of my life’s greatest treasures.
