Wycliffe Amakobe

Wycliffe has been a key partner with the African Missions Project for over 11 years, dedicated to helping the ministry "Build and Advance God's Kingdom in Kenya." His journey began in 2005 when he joined American Missionary David Thompson as his manager. Following David Thompson's retirement in 2017, Wycliffe seamlessly transitioned to work with his successor, Pastor Guy Scatton.

In his role, Wycliffe handles multiple responsibilities, including coordinating all preparations to host American mission teams during their short-term trips to Kenya. As the procurement manager, he oversees the acquisition of raw materials for the Tabernacle Churches constructed by the African Missions Project. He also serves as the foreman, leading the construction efforts, managing labor hiring, collaborating with local pastors to ensure the land is suitable for building, and making sure all necessary tools and equipment are available at the construction site.

Recently, Wycliffe was promoted to Administrative Director of the Mully Children's Family/African Missions Project Street Children Rescue Home. In this new role, he is responsible for hiring and supervising the construction of the Street Children Rescue Home, ensuring the project meets its mission to provide a safe haven for vulnerable children.
